Logging in from the app or the site
It is one account: the details you use on the site are the same in the app - phone number, e-mail or account ID plus your password. Balance, bonus and bet history show in both. The difference is that the app keeps you signed in on your phone and sends notifications, while the browser works on any device including a PC. The table below compares them.
Why the app is the safer way in
Most account thefts happen through fake login pages reached via links in messages and ads. An app installed from the official source opens the platform directly, so you pass no link and cannot land on a copy. And if the site address is blocked, the app still opens with no need to search for a mirror. That is why we recommend logging in from the app on your own phone.
App login problems
The password is not accepted: check the keyboard language and letter case, or recover the password. The app closes at login: update the app to the latest version (it offers the update itself), or clear the cache in Settings → Apps → 888starz. “Version not supported”: old builds stop connecting to the server - install the newest file.
